# Perform Peptide. For the hours between.

Peptide research, recovery and the route to a licensed U.S. review.

## The programme

The shoes come off. The bow comes down. Perform leaves space for recovery questions without treating your body as a project that needs another upgrade.

A peptide is a small chain of amino acids, the pieces that also make proteins. The name tells you about its structure. It does not tell you whether a medicine is approved, whether the evidence comes from people or whether it belongs in your care.

## Offstage, for a while.

The pause is a familiar part of a performer’s day. It makes recovery research interesting. It does not make an animal experiment a prediction about a dancer, a climber or a musician.

Hands still. No next move yet.

After the last note, before the journey home.

## Five entries. Read the small differences.

Follow tissue-repair research through BPC-157 and Wolverine, or the growth-hormone conversation through the other three entries. Neither thread establishes better performance in otherwise healthy people.

### BPC-157

The tissue-repair thread starts mostly in rats. Small human reports leave cause, benefit and long-term safety unresolved.

[Read the BPC-157 guide ↗](/bpc-157/)

### Wolverine

BPC-157 paired with TB-500. The combination has not been established as a recovery treatment in controlled human research.

[Read the Wolverine guide ↗](/wolverine/)

### CJC-1295 and ipamorelin

Two routes toward growth-hormone release. Component hormone measurements are not evidence of a sleep benefit from the blend.

[Read the CJC-1295 and ipamorelin guide ↗](/cjc-1295-ipamorelin/)

### Sermorelin

An earlier hormone messenger with a medical history in testing and childhood growth, separate from adult recovery claims.

[Read the Sermorelin guide ↗](/sermorelin/)

### Tesamorelin

An approved product has a specific HIV-related indication. That evidence does not establish general recovery benefits.

## After the reading, an individual review

Promise Peptides currently connects U.S. patients with licensed U.S. providers who can prescribe after reviewing a request. Each request gets a provider decision; some people will not qualify. Availability depends on the state and the treatment. We link the relevant information so you can take a specific question into that review.

1

### Read the relevant page

Take the compound name and the evidence question with you. A listing is information, not a decision about your care.

2

### A provider reviews

A licensed U.S. provider assesses each request and decides whether a peptide is appropriate. Some people will not qualify.

3

### Keep the roles clear

The prescriber makes a clinical decision. The pharmacy prepares a prescribed medicine. Product identity and lawful access still need an answer.

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. That means the FDA has not assessed a particular preparation’s safety, effectiveness and quality before it reaches patients. A licensed pharmacy and a prescriber have different responsibilities; neither role turns an unapproved preparation into an approved product.

Promise Peptides holds LegitScript certification. That certification is separate from FDA approval and does not change a medicine’s regulatory status.

## Three questions from the interval

### Does a rat tendon result tell me what happens in my body?

It tells you what happened in that experiment. Differences in the animal, the injury and the substance matter. Even a carefully run animal study cannot establish a recovery benefit in people.

### Does the sleep connection mean a peptide is a sleep treatment?

Growth-hormone release and deep sleep are connected in normal physiology. That connection alone does not show that changing the hormone signal improves someone’s sleep. The [sleep and recovery guide](/recovery-and-sleep/) follows the missing steps.

### Can a product page decide whether I qualify?

Promise Peptides has a licensed provider review every request. The provider decides whether a treatment is appropriate; access is limited to U.S. patients and differs by state and treatment. Reading a product page does not establish eligibility.

There is more room for beginner questions in the [full FAQ](/faq/), including the difference between an approved medicine and a compounded preparation. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. We keep the [references](/references/) close enough for you to follow a scientific sentence back to the work behind it.

## Read with the right scale in mind

A hormone study answers a hormone question. Personal accounts cannot settle long-term safety. A medicine approved for one condition does not carry that evidence into every setting.

Your own care needs a conversation about your circumstances. You can arrive with uncertainty; that is a reasonable place for a review to begin.

## Bring your questions. Leave room for a different answer.
