# Know where to take your question.

This contact page helps you take seller questions to the service responsible for them. Perform Peptide provides general reading, gives no medical advice and cannot assess symptoms, recommend a prescription or look into an account.

## Questions about the service

Promise Peptides is responsible for its own service, account and care questions. Its own site is the place to find its current contact options and raise a question about a request. A licensed U.S. provider reviews each request and decides whether treatment is appropriate; not everyone qualifies, and access varies by state and treatment for U.S. patients.

This page has no form or patient inbox. We cannot access a request, change a prescription, check an account or pass medical information to a provider. Keeping those questions with the responsible service also keeps sensitive details out of a general reading guide.

## Questions about your health

The right setting for symptoms, side effects or a treatment decision is a conversation with a qualified clinician who can assess you. This site gives no medical advice. Reading a page or following a link does not create a clinical relationship with Perform.

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. Product identity, legal access, risks and suitability need answers from the prescriber and pharmacy responsible for a proposed preparation; a general guide cannot confirm them for an individual reader.

## Questions about a source

If you want to inspect the evidence behind a statement, the [references](/references/) collect every scientific and regulatory source linked on these pages. The [FAQ](/faq/) explains the common terms, and the [comparison](/compare/) distinguishes the five entries without choosing a treatment for you.

You can read, follow a source and return to a question later. No personal details are needed to use this guide.

## Your personal care belongs in a clinical conversation.

Perform

Perform offers reading for the interval: a guide to the research, never a clinic, pharmacy or store.
